AMK Hosting offers it's clients unlimited customer support via the
online customer support center or by toll-free telephone contact.
An AMK Hosting Representative will ensure the request
is reviewed and responded to within 15 minutes of receiving the
request and resolved within a reasonable amount of time. This
service will be prompt, insightful and at no extra cost to the
customer.

■
AMK Hosting is located at 420 Main Street in the heart of downtown
Evansville, IN. The office overlooks several nearby hotels and
restaurants that provide comfortable amenities for visitors. The
building is easily accessible from the Interstate by-pass, which leads
visitors along the riverfront park of the Ohio River. The city
also has an airport that has multiple daily flights to all Midwestern
and Mideastern hubs.

■ EQUIPMENT
■
An easy to understand, well documented control panel with billing
interface allow each customer to easily configure their own hosting
accounts, open support requests, view existing invoices, and review
past transactions.
All equipment is installed within a maintained data center, staffed
24 hours a day. This professional facility utilizes dual Liebert
cooling systems, CO2 fire suppression, video surveillance and
biometric entrances. Multiple power grids connect to this
building, and diesel powered electric generators are installed and
maintained on a regular basis. Temperature, capacity and power
are all monitored on-site as well as remotely by our own support
staff.
Virtual Hosted accounts utilize a custom hardware configuration
tailored to suit the demanding requirements of AMK Hosting. This
configuration is kept safe and monitored 24 hours a day within a
Tier-1 data center with multiple gigabit internet connections to all
major ISPs. This platform allows customers to increase service
and reliability levels while decreasing their overall web hosting
cost. All Virtual Web Servers operate with dual AMD Opteron
processors with a minimum of 4GB system memory.
Dedicated Servers are currently 2.8 Ghz Intel P4 processors with
800Mhz FSB and 1GB 3200 system memory. Dual 200GB IDE hard
drives in a RAID 1 configuration comes standard with each server
rented. These servers will be upgraded and maintained as the
industry continues to grow and evolve.
